You’d think that they would have enough staff to handle their pastry counter. There’s a line out the door but there’s no sense of urgency for the staff. One person is taking orders and accepting payment. Two employees aren’t needed to ring up one customer. We didn’t even get a “Hey, sorry about the wait everyone, we will be with you soon” that would be expected of actual customer service.
