I know hate is a very powerful word but it fits how I feel about the company and their ignorant business Policies, my bill went from 288 from March til October, and after that is when the ** started overcharging, hidden fees and if you pay some money on bill, they will still cut your lights off even if you paid some money on it, so you pay all or nothing they might not still cut you off, oh and they well start add next month bill to your current bill... example (bill come its dated for the 1/5/2023, the amount is 288 come tw... read more

Tarrant light company is getting over on people they charging people twice for the same bill and want make no payment arrangement I feel like they stealing from the community cause all the fees they adding up ain't making no sents somebody really need to investigate them so they won't keep getting over on people

I am not getting any response to my tree trimming complaint. I have written twice, They have my name and address and phone number. Please help me. The limbs are in the lines and my power blink off and on when the winds blow.
