Chuck Roy and his team are simply the best!!! This was hands down the most enjoyable experience I've had with any vehicle work. Chuck takes time to explain all the options and really helped us visualize the realm of possible. Chuck transformed my son's pickup truck in a manner that exceeded all expectations. I was looking for a shop that could replace suspension components on my 2019 Tacoma. I found Tarrant County Lift and Auto through a Google search. I called and spoke to the owner, Chuck. Chuck was very helpful and located a suspension Kit for a reasonable price. The suspension kit was ordered and arrived the same day. The shop installed the kit correctly and in a timely manner. Tarrant County Lift and Auto was referred to me by a few of my friends who have used them. They gave me Chuck’s contact information. I called and explained the issue with two different vehicles. With out knowing the problem Chuck was very up front about wanting to over communicate before running up a bill on what needed to be done. We had an electrical issue on a newer Tundra and what I thought was a transmission issue on an older Hyundai. supper rude i was recommended to them by an old employee that worked with and it got to personal talking about he never work there than switch it to i know who he is why did he fix it and what not and then completely ignored what i told him what was wrong with my vehicle . all i wanted was if i could bring my vehicle to them so they can fix it smh rude asf cutting me while i was explaining to him smh
