I had a really poor experience at Tarrant Car Wash today. I pulled up and the staff acted like they didn’t want to be there. Two attendants were standing around, but neither made an effort to guide me onto the track. I had to be waved on by someone who appeared to be the manager, with his pants sagging below his underwear. No one greeted me, smiled, or said thank you. Yet they were quick to take my $9. Customer service matters. I won’t be returning.
Took my new F150 for a wash yesterday and their brushes left sctratches all over the truck and rear tail lights. I hope to get a response from the owner/manager of the car wash soon. I Will be by today when this place opens. Yea this is definitely the place I took the truck. Should have reviewed the footage closer.
