This review goes out to the Sales Team, I have no doubt their product is excellent but while waiting for my order that was in production, I was injured and unable to complete the project I was working on. I contacted Tasha and along with Keri I explained my situation, they refunded my payment in full with no questions and a get well wishes. After many months we received our 2nd firepit cover and could not be happier. Unfortunately, the first one came in stating it was one color when in fact we felt it was no where near our understanding. We worked back and forth with Danielle, and finally reached a mutual agreement as to color and performance. As a design professsional, I am unrelenting when it comes to specifications and expectations. Both were satisfied with the end result.
