Without any hesitation, the customer service and production department immediately resolved the issue. Over the years I've ordered several tarps from other companies and without question Tarps Now makes a phenomenal product and understand the value and importance of providing great customer service!

Tarps Now took my order and then advised me of a 6-8 week lead time. When I responded via email and also tried to call them to demand cancelation of my order Tarps Now did not respond to my repeated emails, and they were unable to answer their phone. I advise not to do business with this company because they are not capable of doing business effectively.

I ordered 2 tarps on 10/16/20. I talked with their customer service before I placed the order & was told to expect 2 weeks for delivery. I have called & talked with customer service twice as the tarps have not been received. The last time I talked with customer service they told me they would send an email with the status of my order. I ordered a tarp and bungees on 9/24/20 both being in stock . The bungees were delivered on sat. the 26th. A few days later i contacted them to find out where my tarp was ? They tell me they are working on it. Than a few days after that they write to tell me it is out of stock, and would not be back in stock until 10/15, so i say ok , i will wait. on the 20th i wright ,where is my tarp ? 2 days later i haven't heard a thing ,but they have my money for a month know ! Shysters !

Recently purchased a 6' x 8' clear tarp because we wanted to be able to see through where we hung it. Husband hung it with only small hooks. This tarp withstood a category 2/3 hurricane. When daybreak came & we could see, we were so excited that it had made it. However, the storm was relentless-lasted 16+ hrs! It finally came loose on 1 side & started flapping.
