I am happy with the custom-cut tarps received. One panel included zippers so that an outside door could be accessed. Well done. The panels are very clear and the velcro holds everything in place. ***** was very helpful in determining the correct measurements once I submitted pictures of my framing. The panels were cut within 1/2 inch of the exact measurements which made everything fit just fine. Tarps Now tarp fell apart after first light rain. After several attempts and many photos, ****** refused to refund money. ****** makes excuses as to why product failed. They blame customer and weather for their product failing. My old tarp from the 1950's is still working good and it was used along with this terrible Tarps Now tarp that failed.
I think this tarp is perfect for covering my sandbox.

wanted to enclose a portion of my porch from winter elements in northern ********, according to website clear porch curtains were to be used for this. The first cold day with winds around 20 mph the "porch curtains" were completely shredded. When i called to complain i was told by a manager i ordered the wrong product and that the owner of the company really did not like to hear about wind damage. Without knowing how the products were installed and used, especially during what may have been the recent pre-Christmas blizzard for the second item, it is best that we wait to respond until we have further information. Some severe level weather conditions necessitate that the tarps be taken down.
(-ZERO STARS) THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST, ******* WAS A FOOT SHORT BUT THEY REFUSED TO EXCHANGE FOR THE CORRECT LENGHT. MANAGER WAS A HUGE JERK, SAID THATS NOT THEIR PROBLEM.

I purchased 3 tarps from tarps now and am extremely satisfied with the quality. They are clear and stay clean, and keep the heat in so I can sit outside during the winter months. I love them. I just ordered 2 5X8 tarps to completely enclose my gazebo. **** helped me determine the best way for me to do what I wanted to do. Shes a life saver. Im not sure, but I think she helped me back in 2020 when I purchased my original tarp.
