Beware of the insurance claims they file. I signed a proposed treatment plan explaining what the fee was for each procedure, and how much the total was. They charged my insurance way more than the proposed total and received a hefty check for my insurance. Now they want me to pay the difference of what they filed to the insurance and what they proposed to me. They may provide good dental care but you will pay for more than what you agree to pay

They told me that it’s required by FL law to have X-rays once a year when in fact that is not true-Florida law does not regulate the practice of dentistry to the degree of mandating how often patients are to be X-rayed. I dont want the radiation every year and they refused to clean my teeth without having the X-rays.

The service was horrible. Mickey is the absolute worst. So rude and unprofessional. Refused to finish my crowns they started(and didn't even seat correctly), continuously billed my insurance company the wrong way, even after a three way call with the insurance company telling them they can't bill until the job is done. Absolutely in every way refused me because of something someone else had said, because they had another patients phone number on my account(again awful front desk lady).
