I was in and out quickly. Dr. Karen explained what she was going to do and answered my questions before the procedure. The secretary was transparent about the cost I may incur since I did not meet my deductible. I will definitely return here if needed.

While I never saw the dr the appointment experience was uniquely bad. The receptionist is horrible. The office policy is $200 up front regardess of insurance. So you know this means they do not offer contracted rates. Then then ask for SSN and when you refuse it, as you should, they say 'then we will not see you'. Ya well good. So many foot drs out there go to Cary Ortho far better inclusing price.
Dr. Karen was easy to work with. She narrowed the toe nail bed of my teenager. She explained everything before doing the procedure and was great to work with. Her fees for service were better than going to an in network provider for my particular plan so that was a double benefit.
Terrible front desk. The receptionist did not know anything. I had to leave and didn't get a chance to see the Dr. Since she insisted I sign documents that do not apply to me.
