Nice place and management is easy to work with. I had an issue with my front door and they repaired it quickly and the property manager Daniel was very friendly and helpful.
Terrible management. Came under financial difficulties all be-it a personal problem; had to relocate out of state. Wasn't able to pay my last month of rent (from which they kept my full 1200 deposit). Left the property with clean rooms and only two 4x4 holes that wouldn't have amounted to more than $50 in repairs. Never received a notification of balance due and am now coming to find on my credit history that I have a collection of +4k for Targhee Place.
