had to walk out of the appointment… 2 techs who were clearly not trained properly trying to figure out how to do an exam. i felt like i was on a hidden camera show or episode of the twilight zone. my left knee is bruised from being crushed by one of the machines they didn’t know how to operate.
The folks at the Lincoln Street target optical have taken care of us over the past couple years. We know when we need something fixed or fantastic customer service we can always count on the team there, especially Leslie.
Great experience, Leslie is so knowledgeable and helpful to make a smooth process. I’ve been a longtime customer and will continue to go back!
