Just left Target Optical in Champlin. Terrible customer service. My wife and I were in a couple weeks ago and both got glasses, my frames were pretty new so we sent them in to have lenses installed. I told them I had another set of frames that were identical to the ones I had them do. They said just bring them in and we will send them in. I went in today and they said they are no longer doing frames they dont sell. I spent nearly $700 on glasses for my wife and and now I cant get a spare pair . Complete unprofessional has you arrive to appointment 15 mins early just for there to be a note on the door saying they are out for the afternoon. Then why does your website say you are open till 5p.m. as well no one would answer my phone call to explain why no one called to cancel my appointment. Completely unprofessional

Went and had a eye exam and purchased glasses. The prescription was wrong and they made the glasses and they were wrong. I wear trifocals. The trifocal lines were wrong. One eye the trifocal was to high and the other eye the trifocal was to low. They tried 3 times to get them right and they are still wrong. The eye doctor could not get my prescription wright. I went here for a quick checkup, and Dr. Davidoff was so thorough and careful for the whole examination, and I felt as though I was very well taken care of! She is a great doctor, and the whole experience was very pleasant! I also worked with her in a temporary position, and it was a very professionally maintained environment, but also felt very comfortable. Great experience overall.

Don't trust the positive reviews. This man can't write a correct prescription to save his life. He wrote wrong eye glass scripts for both my husband and myself. He needs to retire!! Shame on these false misleading reviews. The public has the right to know accurate information.

Last night I went to target for an contact lens exam. I asked the girl up front if I could pay with my target credit card, when she said no I asked her how much it would cost since I only had a little money. I was very thorough in explaining that I had insurance that covered my glasses exam and I just needed my contact exam. I explained how I have an astigmatism in both eyes and she assured me my price would be $75 I made sure that that was the total, she said it was.
