I was helped by Stephanie . Had been there previously asking about the glass that helped with hearing . Came back today to follow up . She is great and truly knows her product. I ended up getting these glasses and an upgrade for my distance lenses . I truly recommend her . Can’t wait to receive both pairs . It will be exciting to see and hear better ! Stephanie is amazing! I have been getting my frames adjusted for two years with zero success! Stephanie made them fit they always should have! As a bonus, they were friendly and fun!
I have been to Target Optical on many occasions to get my glasses adjusted. Today was a very different experience. A young lady by the name of Toni adjusted both pairs of my glasses, not only did she do a fabulous job of adjusting my banged up glasses, but she was very kind and professional. I had the best customer service that I have ever had at Target Optical. She not only repaired my glasses, but she made an impression on my heart! Great customer service is hard to get these days, but not at Target Optical with Toni.
