I use target every year for eye exam and multiple pairs of glasses. This year they said I need to fill out my paperwork before I get there and if I don't they will cancel my appointment. What a load of crap . Is it that hard to process their 5 questions when I'm there. I will never use Target Optical again. Tell me at noon on Saturday I have to do it by 5pm or they will cancel my appointment for the following Monday. Apparently they don't know people work 6 days a week.
