We've bought several pair of glasses at the Target in Cool Springs and will continue to because of Stephanie who manages the Optical Department. She has also helped us several times with things related to glasses - tightening up the frames, new nose pads, etc. She is really GREAT!!! Very kind and helpful. Great service, and that's important.
I had a great experience at Target Optical in Cool Springs. I went in to get help with repairing my glasses and Stephanie took the time to help me and get my glasses fixed. I will definitely be back and highly recommend her friendly and competent service!
Stephanie is hands down the best optician around. She truly takes the time to make sure my frames fit me just right. I make it a point to see her every time.
Stephanie was a wonderful help when finding the right contacts and glasses! She went above and beyond to ensure I had exactly what I wanted and got the best price for my budget. I highly recommend :)
Incredible rude.
