Its a nightmare to deliver live load here..I came on my appointment 8:30pm and now its 3 am still waiting to unload the trl..they will tell you disconnect the trl and wait for their call and no one will call you..at 3 am went to the check in office nobody is there they left and will come in morning..never again will come back here..the only good thing is restroom available and clean and they have vending machines.. Update: Finally I checked out at 9:00 am..all because of the lady in front office who is really active and care... read more
I can't give a place anything over one star when they take 8 hours (and counting) to unload a trailer. Costco would do the same trailer in 45 minutes. Never mind DEI, or lack thereof.... this is the reason the company is in the tank. Only reason it's not zero stars is at least they allow you to bobtail out for lunch, shopping, etc...
