Our two daughters both had a sports physical at two different locations set up by Kaiser. The first ran so over time that our other daughter was one minute passed the 15 minute mark at the second location, and they would not take us though the delay was due to Kaiser at the other location. We have one car and twin girls and explained this, but they said it was one minute after, so no grace.
