Came in to update immunization records for my daughters with foreign documentation, and was warmly greeted by Vivian. She immediately understood our situation and went out of her way to ensure everything was quickly and accurately updated in the Kaiser Permanente system. Truly appreciated her helpfulness and efficiency!
THE CLINIC IS SMALL BUT THEY HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR BASIC APPOINTMENTS AND THE SERVICE WAS VERY FAST, IT'S LIKE YOU WERE IN A KAISER BUILDING
I was supposed to have an appointment. It with conflicted with the time I had to go to work so I rescheduled for the same day at a later date. The person messed it up for a week before the actual appointment. I called to see what happened and they told me I just didn’t show up. However, the scheduled appointment was never showing in my Kaiser app and I was never given a call for the changed appointment (for the wrong date and time). They are super unorganized and this is definitely a last resort place.
