I let them talk me into some led worklights, I called to get a price and they wanted $189 apiece for them. Nice light but way overpriced. I will not do business with them again.
just like many others. rep says try before you buy basically and then boom here comes an invoice for over $500 for two LED portable work lights. so yeah.. and as far as a confirmation call yes they did call, i missed the call and had not had time to return the call ergo nothing was explained to me. all in all decent products crap sales tactics ......

cold called for a free trial of a air hose, they told me on the phone that it was absolutely free and they will take care of all shipping even if I don't like it, they will take it back at no charge. Untrue. I received it and called right away to say that the hose is not what they described on the phone and I can not use it. They said that I have to pay for the return shipping and if I didn't pay, I would be put into collections for the item. False misleading statements given on the phone,********************

After further investigating Mr. Hiro did call in and speak with 2 representatives in 2 different departments regarding this issue. One of our representatives did call Mr. Hiro back to rectify this issue, but Mr. Hiro had already returned the product. I do believe this was a misunderstanding on both parties. Business contacted an employee of mine with a "free" 30 day trial of drill bits. He agreed and we received the drill bits. After a few weeks they sent an invoice for over $350.00. These drill bits are at most $75.00 from other companies. We called to return the product and they reduced the price down to $100.00. I said no and requested a return label to be sent. They said they sent a confirmation email that explained we would be responsible for return shipping!! We received no email at all. Now they are going to turn me into... read more

Scott, we have been dealing and speaking directly to your employee Randy Grubb regarding this trial. We have explained everything in detail before we shipped the order out . There was also a confirmation call that took place and went over the terms, the price ,the quantity and stated he was going to receive a "confirming invoice" two weeks after shipping. Well, I've read the other reviews here and the exact same thing happened to me. They called and offered a "trial" product--in our case it was an air hose. One of my mechanics who took the call got the impression it was free and they would call in a month to see how we liked it. Two weeks later we get an invoice for over $95. Shipping, insurance and some other mystery fee added over $20 to the price, which was already high for a 25-foot air hose. We hadn't even used it and didn't need it, so I called to send it back. What a disappointment. Tarco, you may have some great products, but your communication from your sales personnel is giving you a bad name. Same as other reviews I have read, your sales person indicated they would send us product to try free for 30 days or return at no cost to us. Tarco Industries called me and told me they had talked with other businesses in my area with a special deal on air hoses. I was not interested, but the sales person said there was a no money back guarantee if i did not like the air hoses and that these hoses were made of a material that was not impacted by oils in an automotive shop and were guaranteed for a lifetime.
