As with the other identical complaints, this company is a scam. They even call for a private blocked number! Anyway, as the others stated, they called, pitched us a load of crap about trying their hoses for free. Then they never call you back like they say then tell you to pay to return them. This company allows employees to set up accounts and order products that are charged to the company without any credit checks or approval from management, and/or executives. Terrible shady business. They try to say the employee has "authorization" since he works there. lol come on get real clearly they don't and its fraudulent. Good lucky getting paid on the products from businesses.
Do not accept any trial product from this company. They called my company asking if we were interested in trying out new Air hose, durable, long lasting, ect. If we were not satisfied just return and there will be no charges. The 2 hoses came in and the box was heavy. So after opening them the hoses were stiff, heavy duty, not flexible. My techs were not impressed. We have purchased Rigid hoses from home dept that were light weight, flexible, everything we needed. I put them aside and forgot about them. I was going to type out a review but it seems that everyone else hit the nail on the head. Free trial on 2 air lines. Didn't like them. They wanted me to cover shipping them back on a "free trial" so now I'm stuck with 2 $35 dollar air hoses that I just paid $100 for that will never get used because they are in no way comparable to the Flexilla air hoses that they were supposedly similar too. Just like whats was said below, NEVER DEAL WITH THEM! Classic bait and switch routine for CHEAP CHINESE products. Called and claim they would send Goodyear hoses to try...sent *********unbranded hoses. Good luck trying to return them....good luck trying to get them to STOP calling you even after telling them EACH AND EVERY TIME THEY CALL!!! Right after this i am filing with the states atty generals office and the FTC...lets see if that stops the calls!
NEVER accept anything free from them. They will never get our business again. Horrible customer service. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They shouldn't be in business

Mike called in on Friday, January 17, 2020 and spoke with our customer service dept. regarding an Invoice from October 2019, which we thought was handled. I then received this BBB review this morning Monday, January 20, 2020. We had a Supervisor reach out to Mike regarding his complaint and asked him what took place. Do NOT accept any "FREE" things from Tarco. Nothing is free in this world, you will end up paying for the "FREE" items. Of course, as other people stated, you WILL be paying to ship it back. So avoid the headache and turn the offer down.

I received a message from Bryan in December requesting a call back. I returned Bryan’s call, and he informed me that he would be returning the items due to our reviews and hung up. He never requested a return label or addressed and of his issues. I them received this complaint a week or so later. Just like everyone else leaving a review here, i was talked into a FREE trial of an air hose that they originally tried to send me 4 hoses. I told them i had no need for that many as i had already purchased new ones for my shop. After about 6 weeks i tried to call them to say i haven't even opened the box and was not interested. 3 failed phone calls later, they finally contact me back along with an email with an invoice. Told to "try before you buy" on an air hose. What they don't say, on purpose, is that you have to pay shipping to return the product which is expensive. Let alone will I never purchase a product again, I will also make it known as far and wide as I can about this *******.
