SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT TALK TO THEM. They will get a name of someone at your company, say they sent you an order (that you didn't order), send you a "proof of delivery" using that name, send an invoice 60 days later (pre-dated to the "order date") that locks to in to the "trial offer" regular pricing, then demand payment and threaten collections. Just like everyone else, the free trial is a SCAM! I said I would try 1 hose, they sent 3 and charged me over $400. Never called to check in on the "trial". They then refused to pay for return shipping and said if I paid $150 I could keep the hoses, which are complete garbage. BE AWARE!!!

We got duped by this company just as did all these other people. Should have done some research before saying yes to these "Free air hose trials" only to find out we're being billed for $234.40. Then in order to return them we had to pay $50 to return them as they didn't supply a return shipping lable as the salesman stated they would. Un real business's like this exist. Hard to believe in todays day that someone is slimey enough to take people for what little money we already have.

This company is totally shady. They don't care who they talk to they just say they are now authorized. Do not buy from this company or let them send you anything!!! They tell you that you accepted it and now you need to pay to have it returned.

Scam, free hose is a scam. THey send it to you and want you to pay to send it back.

DO NOT USE these company. You have to pay to ship the hoses back to them. Very misleading sales rep, then they have someone else to confirm the "try out and if you like them you can purchase them" I called after the invoices came in 2 hoses 178.80. R*** said they do not send a UPS pick up label that I need to pay to return. NOBODY said this during either the call. That apparently is in the email they send you. DO NOT USE this company

Just read through all the other reviews, everyone else is dealing with the same problems I am. I was talked into a "free trial" for these hoses I even told the salesman I wasn't interested in, but he insisted "there is absolutely no obligation to you, we won't even take your credit card until you buy them, just take them and try them out for a few weeks and if you don't like them you can return them" By "no obligation" he meant they would send us absolutely terrible hoses and you had exactly 30 days to pay $40 to have them s... read more

C**** ****** called and asked for the service department, I asked how I could help him and he asked for the service manager so again, I asked how I could help him and he said "oh jesus" and hung up on me. When I called back I explained who I am and asked again how I could help him and he said "nevermind" and hung up on me once more. If they don't want to do business with women they'll never improve their BBB rating. I am the service manager, the office manager, and accounts payable/receivable. The company sent out the wrong hoses and now I have to pay to ship them back. What a joke this company is. Don't buy anything from this company.
