I had the misfortune of dealing with a woman realtor there at Tarbell. As a Realty Specialist with over 17 years experience in both California state and federal service I am well aware of real estate laws, ethics and agency. When the realtor started exceeding her authority, violating real estate ethics and refusing to communicate with me, I fired her. Please don’t use the realtor service!!! Representatives of this company use aggressive, harassing marketing practices just to generate leads... it’s birderline illegal cold texting someone 24 times in one morning. Never given them my number and this has happened twice now a even after asking them to stop the first time. So STOP! Your realtors skills are clearly lacking if you have to stoop that low to get a buyer/seller...
