Unresponsive to my concerns. Found another doctor. Condition ended up requiring surgery. Already reported incident way before this was written. Maybe reporting brought attention to her waking up and responding to a patients concerning issues. (Written a year after surgery and long recovery)
Takes the time to listen, Does not rush your appointment. She explains options clearly. She is an amazing Dr.
Dr. Shields is caring and responsive and goes the extra mile in taking care of me. She is very able and I trust her with very sensitive information about my health. She is a blessing!
