The people are very nice and work hard to keep things going. However, a mobile home park they manage is currently having major water issues. Over the last 4-5 months I have been without water over a dozen times. They are trucking water in and still ee wake up to no water . . . this is mostly on the owner of the park, but advocacy for the tenants there needs to happen.
Customer seevice is not a priority here if your a prospective tenant looking for a place to live. 1) Front desk agent is curt, abrupt, and very much in need of good customer skills 2) Agent admitted to keeping vacant units off the market in order to keep inventory low and demand, thus prices, high. 3) Inquired about a unit that was not available yet but listed on their website. Showing was delayed several times due to unit being occupied, pest inspections etc. Then unit magically listed as "application pending" . Agent admit... read more
RecommendedFriendly staff that respond very quickly to all tenants’ maintenance issues. One of the few management companies that doesn’t charge pet rent.

Tara has been so great to me!!! Whether you are looking for a place or looking for a management company this is the BEST IN TOWN! The lady in charge runs a tight ship! They are timely, professional, and friendly. This is a very unique company with the way they care about each property individually!! HIGHLY Recommend!
Awesome group of people to have on your side. I was using them for 2 years and it has been an amazing experience. Attentive, responsive, responsible. They are business people, but above that they are People people. They all have huge hearts and it was a great time having them as my rental agency. I would definitely use their services again!
