I specifically asked Tara if the extra tests she recommended for me will be billed as "preventative" she said "yes not a problem since you have a family history". One month later, I get hit with the bill for them because they were not coded correctly. Not worth my time fighting with bureaucracy, but to every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. 2-star for Tara, not a problem!
I’ve never felt more uncomfortable or judged by a doctor than with Dr. Otrowsky. There was no warmth or support, she talked down to me and made me feel stupid, judged and on edge. I brought this up to two other friends and before I even said her name they knew exactly who I was talking about and that they had the same experience. She was unhelpful, discredited anything I had to say and was rude. She's great! I've seen Tara Ostrowsky on and off over the years, but with my new insurance, I was happy I could make her my primary care physician. She's always kind and patient, and she really listens to my concerns. Highly recommend.
Steer clear! Absolutely useless. Was given advice of over the counter meds and warm hot compresses for my COVID symptoms that had progressed and warranted antibiotics and corticosteroids. Was basically hung up on when I called back and informed their office that my eyes were the color of stop signs and that green=bacteria. Had to fight tooth and nail to get antibiotics. Would never go to her again even if my life depended on it.
