All staff members were kind and welcoming. Wait time was minimal. I appreciated that everyone identified themselves with their names and title and what they were going to be doing in the room. Dr. Kauffman made sure to ask if I had any additional questions before she left the room. She explained findings/non findings in a way I could understand.
I have been seeing Dr. Kaufman for many years now and have always received a thorough exam. My concerns are always addressed and I never feel rushed. I would highly recommend Dr. Kaufman.
Always look forward to appointments with Dr. Kaufmann. She has a personable bedside manner while maintaining a reassuring level of professionalism. She was referred to me many years ago and I continue to recommend her to others!
