Tasty Tacos Near the Capitol – Taqueria Nacional is one of D.C.'s very few Mexican taco joints that excels at small street food-style tacos. They serve a variety of small tacos for very cheap (around $3 or $4), from beef to fish to cheese and chorizo. They usually offer specials of the day, like tostadas, as well as one American-inspired dish of the day (i.e. jambalaya).
