Taqueria El Azteca, founded in October, 2000 was originally designed for Hispanic patrons. After the gringos caught on to our rustic style of cooking, We had to relocate to a more central location (Quaker Village). Every meal comes with handmade tortillas. If you come during the day, you'll see the lady pounding out each tortilla, one by one. Although our food is like my grandma's, our interior is modern and casual. Booked their food truck close to one month ago and they just cancelled less than 48 hours before the event. If you are looking for a reliable business I would suggest you look elsewhere.
Loved the soft corn tacos at Day at the Park! Can't wait to find the truck again!
