Taqueria El Azteca, founded in October, 2000 was originally designed for Hispanic patrons. After the gringos caught on to our rustic style of cooking, We had to relocate to a more central location (Quaker Village). Every meal comes with handmade tortillas. If I could give 0 stars I would, the owner was horrible to work with for our event. Committed 4 months out and didn’t even show up, never even called me back the day of when I tried to check in. 10/10 would not recommend working with him for any event.
Sounds like the Restaurant must be better than the food truck. My chicken taco was bland (unless you love cilantro) the chicken was dry and the only other ingredient was raw onion. My daughter had the fish tacos and said they were just OK, my son had the shrimp tacos. He seemed to enjoy them. They made a yummy cheese quesadilla for my youngest. Teir fresh ingredients make for an authentic taco experience. The roasted pork taco was packed with flavor.
