Taqueria El Azteca, founded in October, 2000 was originally designed for Hispanic patrons. After the gringos caught on to our rustic style of cooking, We had to relocate to a more central location (Quaker Village). Every meal comes with handmade tortillas. If you come during the day, you'll see the lady pounding out each tortilla, one by one. Although our food is like my grandma's, our interior is modern and casual.
