I visited a Tappers Jewelry Store for the first time several months ago and was quite impressed with the beautiful, bright lighting, staff greetings, awesome displays, large selection and beautiful custom jewelry. A few months later, I went to a separate location/room to have some 14k gold items assessed for sale. Even with the ‘20% more than other retailers’ that they offer, I found it to be low. The Clerk also said they would have to mail a check and it should be received within 5 days so I declined the offer.
Grant provided excellent service and was very professional. The kind of service that makes you feel confident to come back
Chacara helped me through the process of getting an engagement ring and she was fantastic to work with. Great communication and made the process a breeze
I’ve been here a few times, service has ALWAYS been Great! I’m offered a good price and friendly service!
