I went to Tapestry a week ago and met a wonderful lady named Desirae. I was in need of just a trim and some highlights to freshen up my look for some professional pictures I am getting done. Desirae was so sweet. She listened to my wants and concerns and was very patient with me. I am so glad I found this salon and will definitely be going back. Worst Salon ever! Rude employees , no respect for clients time , feels like they are doing you a favor! Waited for 30 mins for a massage that I schedule , never made my appointment and at the end , try to blame me for their mistake and lack of ethics. Never come to this place , specially if you are Latin.
Enjoyed a "spa day" with a facial and massage. It was wonderful! Looking forward to my next visit.
I am very disappointed in the way business was conducted. I won a free spa day, but was not communicated with effectively and just received the message that I won several months ago. I wish there would have been a better attempt to contact me as I would have loved to claim the prize in a timely manner and Would have then recommended this business to others. I was told they would only honor it with in 30 days. Seems shady like you don't want to notify winners so they can't claim there prize. Very disappointing.
Even though I live in Wisconsin, I had won a gift card for a haircut at a benefit a few weeks ago, and didn't know where to start since I had not had my hair cut in over a year. Wow, I am amazed at how friendly, informative, respectful and eager to help this team was/is, I am so looking forward to posting before and after photos of my makeover with taken the advice, these gals deserve more than tips and wages. I wish I lived nearby.
