I have loved my time at Tapestry!!! The gym is finally open and it’s all new and so much nicer! This company is constantly making new changes to this complex! They have also gotten the gates up and running again! I feel safe here and I love how convenient it is to everything bham related!
I would not recommend moving to Tapestry Park Apartments. I lived here for a year, and this new management company does not care about their residents, they refuse maintenance when requested, and refuse to speak to their residents about issues while living there. They have COMPLETE disregard for the condition of the units with fire alarms malfunctioning daily and the management company refusing to fix them and other maintenance issues when asked. The property manager and management company are often condescending and do not treat tenants respectfully as partners.
THE GOOD: The apartments are big & comes with washer and dryer. THE BAD: The walls are very thin. The smells from adjoined units will seep into your apartment. I could hear my neighbors using the bathroom & having conversations. Residents were forced to use Spectrum internet around the Fall. There is no security. The single arm gate at the rear of the property rises for any vehicle.
