I’m very disappointed in how the apartment complex handles billing. Management continues to add unexplained or inconsistent fees to my account. They never can show what the fees are for!
It has now been over three weeks since I submitted a maintenance request, and not only has the issue not been resolved — I haven’t even received a basic update or acknowledgment from the maintenance team. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable and unprofessional. I’ve followed up multiple times, and each time I’m met with silence. If you’re going to offer maintenance services, the least you can do is communicate — even a simple “we’re working on it” would go a long way. Instead, I’m left in the dark, wondering if... read more
Bad customer service. They tell you one thing but do another. Not reliable.. apartments are nice though.
The property NEVER picks up trash left in breezeways or road for weeks. Staff is unhelpful and rarely responds to resident concerns only that benefits them. They love to charge you unexpected fines that they never inform you. Rules feel selectively enforced — not a good experience. Nice apartment but Management is horrible.
Great staff..but still have concerns of security gates that haven't worked in months ….I am just adding to my review and I would like to give the tapestry Apartments a two thumbs down remember that about 10 people own the tapestry park apartments which means that they’re just looking at the numbers they do not really care about the tenants. It’s all about the money plus it has turned into a crime scene as far as break-ins robberies and it’s just thudded out so glad we got out of there for the same price, you can buy a house.... read more
