I would not recommend living here. At the end of my lease, I was charged a number of extra fees for no reason at all. The front desk staff, Eleanor and Scarlett, are extremely unprofessional and seem to look for any possible way to take your money. If you’re looking for a place more suited for retirees, maybe this could be a fit—but otherwise, I don’t recommend it.
My experience living here was terrible. At the end of my lease, all they cared about was charging me for anything they could. They hit me with an insane extra fee just because I left 3 bags of trash outside the apartment. To make it worse, they sent it straight to collections. After reading other reviews, I realized I wasn’t the only one who went through this. Scalet and Eleanor were extremely unprofessional. Staff is extremely helpful, answering all questions. Building is well kept. I needed a minor repair in my kitchen and it was done within hours. EVERYTHING works! Update 7/22/2025. I have lived at Tapestry for four years. The property is maintained by staff, and looks nice all the time. My dishwasher stopped working, and staff brought me a new one. Home sweet home! I’ve lived here for almost 6 years! This has been my home since moving from California, and through the pandemic! The floor plans are modern, spacious, and have the newest finishes. The grounds, and amenities are clean, and well maintained. Maintenance responds same day in most cases. I’m a property manager myself ( not affiliated with this company) and have high standards.
