I cannot rave enough about how wonderful our experience has been living here. From the beginning of touring to contracting and everything in between, Emanuel, has been the most wonderful to work with. He has provided the best customer service we’ve experienced and has continued to go above and beyond for us! Their maintenance team is quick to respond to any and all requests and Jovan made sure we were taken care of, truly 10/10 service! We absolutely love it here!
I’ve lived here for almost 7 years . I love it here! I managed apartments for years and manage HOAs now, so I have very high standards . I was worried when the community sold but so far my interactions with Kayla the Community Manager have been great, and maintenance is always excellent. My AC went out last night and it was fixed first thing this morning . I appreciate everything they do for our community . Warning: Do not sign a lease at Avery Apartments at Turkey Creek. I signed my renewal lease in February without being informed of ongoing construction at a development site right next door that appears to be a housing development. They are only in the groundwork stage right now, so construction will obviously continue for a very long time. Since then, I have experienced severe and persistent noise disturbances from heavy machinery and equipment operating daily, often starting well before the legal eight AM threshold. We moved here in April, and we cannot say enough good things about our experience. The community is safe, clean, and everyone is so nice! We were helped by Emmanuel, and he is our go-to for any and everything. He always makes the time to help us if we have any questions. The staff as a whole are really great. We are so happy to be here.
