I’ve had such a great experience living at The Avery at Turkey Creek! The community is well-maintained, the apartments are spacious and modern, and the amenities are great. A huge shoutout to Chris and Eleanor, they’ve been absolutely amazing, always friendly, responsive, and ready to help with anything I need. Their professionalism and genuine care make living here even better. Highly recommend!
Paper thin walls. This is the perfect place for you if you would like to hear your neighbors having conversations, have your conversations listened in on, and receive complaints from your neighbors about “noise” because of it. Calling the walls/flooring paper-thin here would be generous. Hope this helps someone
I would not recommend living here. At the end of my lease, I was charged a number of extra fees for no reason at all. The front desk staff, Eleanor and Scarlett, are extremely unprofessional and seem to look for any possible way to take your money. If you’re looking for a place more suited for retirees, maybe this could be a fit—but otherwise, I don’t recommend it.
My experience living here was terrible. At the end of my lease, all they cared about was charging me for anything they could. They hit me with an insane extra fee just because I left 3 bags of trash outside the apartment. To make it worse, they sent it straight to collections. After reading other reviews, I realized I wasn’t the only one who went through this. Scalet and Eleanor were extremely unprofessional. Staff is extremely helpful, answering all questions. Building is well kept. I needed a minor repair in my kitchen and it was done within hours. EVERYTHING works! Update 7/22/2025. I have lived at Tapestry for four years. The property is maintained by staff, and looks nice all the time. My dishwasher stopped working, and staff brought me a new one. At a later time the microwave became non functional, and was immediately replaced. I appreciate the professional staff, and their willingness to accommodate any problems. I love it... read more
