We loved this place under the last owners. Since new owners have taken over pool maintenance, landscape maintenance and community up keep has been minimal at best. Before when an issue came up the front office was extremely responsive and had solutions. Now under new ownership you have to beat the doors down just to get a generic response that won’t get you closer to a solution.
The property is moderately well-maintained, the apartments are nice, and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. However the leasing agreement is extremely predatory. Buyer beware. Tons of added fees you cannot opt out of. This is the type of place that will nickel and dime you every step of the way, smile and tell you that you'll like it. Since being sold and taken over by new company it has not been maintained well at all. Vendors aren’t being paid so things aren’t being taken care of. It’s sad because when it was tapestry it was ran so well!
$2,400 a month for rent and this is what out pool looks like. Tiles falling off everywhere, dirt and mud everywhere, also concrete is loose and dangerous for everyone. Walls are paper thin, you can hear people talking outside. Ever since harbour group has taken over, this place has turned to absolute crap. They don’t seem to care at all. They will respond to this with “contact us directly to make this right” or some bs but they will probably ignore us when we do reply. DO NOT RENT HERE
