Graduate Students Beware!!! This complex is horrible. ( I can also attest that they write fake reviews for this place to try and offset our actual experiences) No one stays here long! My wife and I moved here for school and lived here for 2 years. We regretted moving here only 2 weeks after signing our lease. Our second weekend living here we had a wasp infestation in our apartment. Office staff tried to gaslight us saying they were not wasps and we must have let them in. Excellent! Very helpful and very kind as always.
Today I put in a maintenance request at 12pm and they were up here within 2 hours to fix the issue. Nothing but good things to say about this place. The maintenance team were very friendly and knowledgeable. Give them a raise! Overall, the last 4 months here has been fantastic!
I am vendor at this Property and I cannot say enough about how wonderful the office staff is. Scarlet and Eleanor are always super friendly and helpful. The grounds are always meticulously maintained and super clean. Definitely one of my favorite properties to visit!
