Went during the Oswego fest, so we expected the restaurant to be busy. We went inside, seen it was busy, then asked the hostess if we could sit at the empty table outside. We were told it was no problem, and that she would find someone to clean off the table. Several minutes later, the hostess returned to tell us we would not be seated because the kitchen was backed up and asked if we would wait to be seated. Great selection of beers, broad menu, four out of five meals very good. Service and accommodation excellent, prep time a bit slow.
My husband and I visited the Tap House last Tuesday night. Lauren was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing. She greeted us warmly, checked on us frequently, and made the best recommendations. She clearly knew her stuff and took pride in the business. The food was delicious and our drinks were perfect. We will definitely be back!
Great food and pretty good service. I have been here a few times now and never disappointed.
My sister and had lunch there today, it was our first visit. It was such a beautiful day, we sat outside. I'm a server, and we in the service industry can be very critical, from start to finish. Our server was Carley (?sp), she was awesome, attentive, and always smiling, we loved her. I ordered the Fish Taco Salad, (Carley said it was very popular when I ordered it) and I can tell you, I haven't ever had such a yummy salad...my sister had the Chop Salad, with grilled chicken, it too was a hit!
