Soup came out cold, food came out room temperature and our server was rare to find, making the wait time for our checks and to-go boxes almost 10 minutes. The restaurant wasn't even full and only half of the patio was seated. Barstools were empty, yet every employee walked by waiting guests at the host stand several times, including myself when we arrived. They seemed extremely in the weeds for the 10 tables that were there.

Absolutely outstanding! Very busy Mother's Day but service was perfect! Had a party of 15 and they treated us like we were a party of 4. Everything on time and refills every time we turned around. Never had to ask for anything... Perfect place to enjoy an evening!

The food is spectacular and the service is always fantastic. The manager has been very personable and kind to us. While we have never had a bad server, LJ has become our favorite! She always offers great suggestions on food choices and seems to go out of her way to be sure we are taken care of. We love Tap House Grill!

I've always been a fan, but tonight really topped it! As the host sat us at our table, I made a joke about I didn't care where I sat if I could watch the Sox game, he said well we don't have it on, but come sit here and I'll turn it on. Then our waiter was nice and patient with my indecisiveness, and helped me pick probably the best burger I've ever had (stout burger)!
