Dr. Toa is very straight forward with me and to the point. overall very pleased. All post surgery rehab went as expected and shoulder is getting strong and stable.

A fantastic doctor. I was originally diagnosed with a torn rotator cuff but during surgery was found to also have a bone spur and frozen shoulder. I awoke in intense pain for only about five seconds and was immediately put back to sleep. My family was unable to see me for two hours until my pain was under control. When I awoke to return home the pain was manageable and my at home recovery following surgery required far less pain medication than anticipated. very willing to listen to any and all questions i had and willing to talk didn't seem in a rush to get away all the time.
Dr. Toe has a great bedside manner you are important to you and so is your time. He always is on time and his staff is friendly. thanks
