As one of my favorite restaurant groups, I was very disappointed to learn that you would employ someone such as Paola Estevez as a chef. Her belligerent comments on social media calling for the deaths of law enforcement officers is enough to make me never patronize another establishment of yours again.

If you want to continue to be a respectable, sought after dining venue, you need to fire the disgrace of a human being hired as a cook named PAOLO ESTEVEZ. Freedom of speech and having an opinion is one thing.... being blatantly vile, ignorant, and wishig death upon an entire group of individuals simply because of their profession is shameful. Not only will I never eat at your restaurant while she is still employed, but the thought of it makes me lose my appetite entirely. FIRE HER NOW.

The fact that so many people even believed that that girl was one of your "chefs" is hilarious!People In the si biz know better! But I guess people will believe anything they see on the internet these days! Rock on Tao!!!

Paola Estevez, an employed chef at your restaurant, posted a picture of a police officer who was shot in the head and killed along with the caption of "this is what a good cop looks like." While an employee calling for the murder of any human is disturbing, this is exceptionally disgraceful toward NYPD officers who protect and serve in the area where YOUR restaurant is located. Your establishment should be ashamed of itself. I would give zero stars if it were possible.

If the food is as VILE as the chef preparing it, I would advise eating at the many other great restaurants in Manhattan who support the police.

I will never eat at your place because of the disgusting comment your chef wrote! I am the wife of an NYPD officer that puts his life on the line for the people of NYC.
