Sad that you have an employee that advocates and believes that the life of a police officer has no value. I will make sure never to set foot in your establishment and I will make sure none of the brave men and woman who would have selflessly ran to help you or that PIG employee of yours eat there either.

Isn't it evident how much business you are about to lose by employing this "Chef". Chefs are usually honorable people. Ms. Estevez has stepped over a line that will continually be a detriment to your establishment's integrity, guests and overall daily business. Start the cleansing process by relieving her of the position she has, forbid her from ever entering your establishment and you may restore the credibility and integrity you once had.
The chef thinks the only good cop is a dead cop. That's real nice.

Hiring people who advocate the killing of a police officer is not a very safe place for myself and my family to visit. I would not feel comfortable sitting there waiting for something to happen...sorry will never patronize your establishment. ...
I have ate here numerous times but never again after seeing this post by your chef. Unbelievable. I pray for those who protect my law abiding family.
