I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Arvan. She is patient, kind, thorough and the most knowledgeable Doctor I have been to. Dr. Arvan goes above and beyond to help find the best, most efficient way of taking care of whatever medical condition has bought you to her.

I had been going to Dr Arvan for years. Once she was very rude and unprofessional. I was taken back at her behavior but decided to continue with her. When I would tell her my international travel plans, she would tell me the immunizations that I would need and then would recommend me not going to countries that require them, interjecting where she likes to travel. 2018 was the final straw when she was completely unprofessional and rude AGAIN. She is extremely rude and unprofessional! Stay away.
This doctor was 'on call'. She refused to lower the dose of a drug prescribed for me by my own doctor, even after I told her I feared taking it at the higher dose. So I was left with no option other than to not take the medication ... and I became the worse off for it. Only once before has any on-call doctor seemingly balked at my input and left me high and dry. (That time, I ended up in the emergency room). In my opinion, this doctor's apparent apathy was poor form, if not _____ and _____.
My mom (86 years) recently had a sudden medical ordeal that required immediate care. Dr. Arvan saw my mother and arranged for further medical testing and consultations with two specialists within a very short amount of time, probably saving my mothers life. Dr, Arvan and her staff responded swiftly and professionally on all levels. My family is deeply grateful.
