Before signing up for a membership, I read nothing but bad reviews and I promise you they are all true. I was not charged for a month of tanning which was completely on their end, yet I was still allowed to tan for two additional months. The owner is trying to make me repay the month much later than the draft date for it when it was not my mistake, since I now want to cancel my membership. Went to the sister location in Bridgeport @ Tuscan Spa. I was really disappointed. I was put in a level 4 bed since they didn't have level 5. First, I can't believe a high end salon, as this claims to be, has the customer clean the bed! EWW! I wasn't shown to the bed eventho it was my first time there. Once I found it, the bed was quite old. So I went back out front to make sure I was in the right bed. The staff wasn't very knowledgeable about tanning. Every employee at the salon in Sabraton is amazing! Always nice and very helpful! Clean rooms and never a wait.
Kelsea Martin did the BEST spray tan ever! It looked SO NATURAL! i would definitely recommend her to ANYONE!

I got a spray tan for New Orleans and loved my color, it lasted my whole vacation.
The monthly membership is so affordable and I love the good deals on lotions! The facility overall is immaculate and the employees are super friendly. By far the best tanning salon I have gone to!
