God awful everything. Service doctors everything. The doctors are quacks and lazy. You can be in a room for 2+ hours before you ever even get checked in. Oh your doctor called ahead and told the er you were coming? To bad they don't screw your doctors word. Neither me or family or any of my friends will ever coming back to this shithole of a hospital. I hope you get shut down.
Update: have to say Tanner has gone above and beyond to address the food service issues. My care nurses, lab, respiratory, rehab, doctors, housekeeping, everyone else have been awesome. Glad I chose Tanner to take care of me. The food services here are a joke. Really nice girls deliver the food. If you're lucky you might get what you ordered, and this is what they just brought me to eat with. Somebody forgot to wash the dishes.
I can not believe the tv they just let play in the waiting area. When I have to move my 7 year old bc a tv show talks about sex it's uncalled for.
I received excellent service today in the er, everyone on the staff I came in contact with was professional, kind, understanding and willing to listen. The willing to listen is a very big plus for me because in the past experiences you don't get that in an ER much. Thank you for making my first experience with your facility a pleasant one.
My Mom was admitted with some heart issues. The entire staff was amazing with her and so helpful. This wasn't her first time there and both times she was admitted, they were all great to work with. Thamu and Jessie were amazing nurses and the ones she had overnight as well. Erin, the patient advocate, was very kind and we appreciate everyone that stopped in to check on her and us as well.
Thank you to Dr. Thomas and her staff!!! They are amazing. They are taking excellent care of me.
