I would give them a 0 if possible but I am speaking directly to the ER department. My daughter in law is pregnant and went there in May at 12 weeks pregnant. She was having some light bleeding. Without doing an ultrasound or using a Doppler, they told her from simply drawing blood tthat she was having a miscarriage and to “go home and let nature take its course.” My family mourned and my daughter in law and my son had to beg for an ultrasound to prove it, literally beg. ENT- DR ANDRIST OFFICE VERY BAD WITH GETTING AN LIVE INTERRETER FOR DEAF AND I HATE VRI DUE TO WIFI FREEZING!I EVEN ASKED FOR A LIVE INTERPRETER A WEEK AGO. NURSE VICKIE WAS REALLY RUDE AND SHE THINKS SHE KNOWS IT ALL ABOUT VRI KEPT ON SAYING WOULDNT BE AN ISSUE WITH WIFI AND THEN WHEN BROUGHT VRI IN ROOM, NOT QUICK AND NOT PREPARED. Y’all I’ve never like Bremen hospital. But I went today so I could get in and out quickly. I saw DR Jonathan Davis and he was AMAZING. I have an issue with people in my face and he was so nice and let me take breaks. He explained everything and made me feel so comfortable.
This place is the worst place to go. They never have anyone answering the phone. My husband has been on blood pressure medication and previcid(for heartburn) for three years they have always refilled it. They would not refill the Prevacid without being seen. So he goes to the doctor. However, they would refill the blood pressure medication. It seems that a doctor would want to see you for blood pressure medication and not heartburn medication.
