This clinic was sent four different fax to two different numbers. They finally called and said they received the fourth fax. The fax was the referral from my wife’s provider. Now they want her medical records from her thyroid doctor. This has been going on for three weeks. When a person needs help on a problem they need it now not in tree to four weeks with the information and the another week to go over that information. Then how long to get appointment. I have been trying to get a refill of my medication for over a week. I have called..spoke to humans and left messages. To no avail..its been a SERIOUS FAILURE in their duty to care. Having to ration medication is not ok.
They have the most caring Doctors!
