If I could give a 0 star rating I would. We have been dealing with Brett Rawlings office for weeks now. Trying to get our daughters life saving diabetes supplies filled. The staff we have dealt with have been extremely unsympathetic or have a lack of knowledge in what the specialty is that they are working in. There needs to be changes made to the way patients prescriptions are dealt with. The staffs knowledge of equipment, medications, supplies that a patient needs is just subpar at best.
Dr. Mansfield is absolutely the best and the staff were also very friendly.
They are fast and helpful.
