The employees are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the way you are able to pick/cut the trees. They have to have a tag or they can't be cut. There were a lot of trees that were perfect and yet we couldn't cut one of them. After spending one hour searching. We went back to the front. We were greeted by a young and helpful employee that was able to help us pick out a pre-cut tree! She is PERFECT. Thank you. We will be returning in the years to come.

Sorry to come off as rude & blunt... But we had a horrible experience here!! this was our first year coming here & we will NEVER go back! The service was fine, but trying to find a good Xmas tree was almost impossible! You can only cut down trees that have tags on them, which makes sense, but the tagged trees there, were either shitty or huge (not many people have more than 8 foot ceilings)!!
