This was our second year and it has taken us nearly 2 hours each time to settle for an average tree. We found quite a few that weren't marked for sale that would have been perfect, but couldn't get them because they weren't marked.
Very unorganized and no one helped us or guided us in the right direction. They had an ok selection over all but wouldn't let me get the tree I wanted!
Our family recently moved from AZ to MI and this was our first experience getting a real tree. We went on a Thursday (not busy) and it was a fun experience! The farm is close enough to East Lansing to be convenient and still have a more authentic tree farm feeling. They provided all the tools required including a saw, tree wheel barrel and processed the tree. They take cash & cards which was a pleasant surprise. Our family has purchased our Christmas trees from Tannenbaum Farms for years. We love the family-friendly atmosphere! The clearly-tagged trees provide a great selection to choose from. Finding our family's "perfect" tree each year at Tannenbaum Farms is one of my favorite traditions of the holiday season!
First time coming here, it was very busy and no one told us that you could only cut down the trees that had a tag. Then when we brought it up front the lady there was VERY RUDE, almost yelling at us telling us we couldn't take that tree and they were going to charge us an extra $20 for our tree. Then they left my brother standing there holding his 10foot tree while they helped other people, we waited almost 10 minutes standing there holding our tree while they let other people go in front of us to get the holes drilled in th... read more
This place is amazing! I got permission to photograph some of my clients here and the staff was wonderful and my clients fell in love with the farm! Not to mention it is the perfect setting for holiday photos!!
Always a wonderful day spent getting our tree. We look forward to this tradition every year!
