Horrible company to work for. My husband was employed through this company up until a few weeks ago. Rich needs to do better! His communication is horrible and his lack of empathy for an employee when they lose a family member(parent to be exact) is completely disgusting. I am glad my husband has left this company and no longer has to carry the stress from a company who doesn’t appreciate a great employee when they have them right there. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for work
I worked for this company for 1 year. I put in my 2 week notice in Hampton Virginia. They offered me a 3 dollar raise in the same conversation they fired me. They did not pay me my remaining 1,200$ pay. Rich had a lot of nerve calling me and trying to get me to come back.. I said once you Pay me the 1,200 you did me wrong. Do not Work Here!
Garbage place to work. Unsafe and unhealthy environment. They will send you to work out of state, they pay hotel, and then NOT reserve your hotel after a 9 hour drive and expect you to work the following day, without a hotel room to sleep in, I had to sleep in my truck or pay $100 for 5 hours because little Richy couldn't pull it together enough to answer the phone as I sat outside the hotel trying to frantically call and text.
