This was horrible experience.. booked reservation a week in advance.. seated over an an hour after our reservation time after 2 reminders to a cold and dis-interested hostess. The wait staff were inattentive and very unfriendly.. the food although not bad was served cold and late.. never again!
Booked for 7:30 had to wait until almost 8:30 to be seated and that after 2 requests as to what was happening, starter main and dessert took almost three hours; main cold. Staff clearly not able to cope with valentines evening... very disappointed, expensive meal good company but lack of competant staff and possibly management greed.
Great food, great service. You will always be well taken care of. Enrique is the best! #whw2n
