For Tango Salon.........Very disappointed in the LACK of customer service. When a customer calls and asks if a product can be returned and is told to ask for David or Mark, they would be able to exchange it for you and then drives 30 minutes to get there, asks for David or Mark and is told NO is no way to treat a customer. On the phone I was asked if I used it and Was totally honest and said I tried it and do not like it, they said David or Mark would be happy to help me, evern give a refund if I had wanted it.
