The rent is reasonable here considering how expensive Ada is. The landlord always takes care of any issue with my apartment that I tell him about. He allows me to have my pets and that is important. He is compassionate to the situation with his tenants. He cares and isn't greedy like most of the landlords or property management firms in town that I've heard of or dealt with. I love my apartment in general.
It's not as everyone puts it out to BE...
I'm very thankful for my land lord . He tries his hardest to keep this place up to city limit standard .
