I went there because there website brags about their quick service. I waited 45 minutes to get my car inspected. I had to ask them when it would be done because I had to get to work. I was told "They're busy." They acted like I was the bad guy for asking. No apology for the wait. When I paid them, I was treated coldly. I had filled my tank up before the inspection, but they'll get no more business from me after today. Not that they care.
Good quick service every time I go in for an inspection. Rare in this day and age when the "quick" guys are always trying to upsell you while your car isn't even in the shop yet. Never had an issue and will continue to keep coming in.
I went to get my car inspected as I have done every year. The wait time was not long, and the customer service was great.
