Don't be fooled by the negative reviews, this place is wonderful! I've lived at Tanglewood for a couple years now, and I honestly love it here! No place is perfect, especially with apartment complexes, but it's really quite lovely here. OK place to start Very close to interstate and downtown Knoxville. To get anywhere is usually no more than 10-15 minutes away. Pet policies and other fees are fairly reasonable. The staff is slow to fix anything wrong with your apartment. Most times I have had to call 3 or 4 times before it got completed. The outside areas are not maintained very well. The grass isn't mowed nearly as much as it should, a lot of litter (cigarettes, glass, animal feces etc.) left around by tenants.There is a decent size pool as well. The one t... read more
Good, but not great.. My girlfriend and I moved into a "renovated" apartment. It's actually quite cozy for us, very quaint, but a very sloppy/ careless remodel, even the new hardwood floors were installed improperly and with damaged boards. The REAL downside to the place is the maintenance deptartment. They are slacking in ALL aspects of caring for current residents.
